In the event you wish to return an item, please send us an email message to concierge@bluebellshoppes.com. Your mail should include your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason(s) you are returning them.
Our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Please inform us of your intent to return your item(s) within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase.
2. You have fourteen (14) days after receipt of your items to return the items you wish.
3. Our Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore you shall be responsible for the costs of shipment for any returned items. Returns should be mailed to CONCIERGE TEAM, BLUEBELL SHOPPES LLC, 4 GREENMEADOW ROAD, EASTCHESTER NEW YORK 10709-1413.
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in same condition as when you receive your order. In the event you receive a defective or damaged order, please attach a photo of the item with your email. OUR TEAS BEING FOOD ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN EXCEPT OUR DELIVERY DOES NOT MATCH YOUR ORDER.
5. ALL Items customized at your request CANNOT BE RETURNED.
6. To complete your return and receive a refund, we require a proof of purchase. Refunds shall be issued through the same mode of payment of the original purchase.
7. Any returns that fall outside the times specified in our policy will if approved, be issued you by store credit.
8. Items returned to us must be tracked by you to ensure we have received them. BLUEBELL SHOPPES CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for any items lost-in-transit on its return route. Please contact your carrier if this occurs.
9. All sale items purchased are sold as FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items qualify for return and refund.
10. An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours after the order is completed. An order cannot be canceled after it has shipped to you.
11. Any item purchased as a gift (including all orders shipped to a third party on your behalf) will be refunded by way of a store credit and ONLY IF our refund policies have been met.
